Our fellow Rossel Chaslie has illustrated a children's book 'Watramama', written by Zarissa Windzak.
Sifra walks with a cane, but she is an excellent swimmer. Every morning, she sneaks out of the house to swim in Liba, the creek alongside the Onverwagt plantation. One day, the families of the old plantation are told that Onverwagt is for sale. The inhabitants are terrified that the new owner would treat them as if they were still living in slavery. Therefore, the families decide to buy the plantation themselves. When it turns out that her aunts do not have enough money to contribute, Sifra decides to seek help from Watramama.
