2026-10-07 | Zanele Muholi: Instagram Live talk with Ron Mandos Gallery

Our fellow Zanele Muholi will participate in RM Sunday Session: Archiving Queer Amsterdam by Ron Mandos Gallery

'Pull up a chair, wherever you are. Join us for a live community talk on memory, visibility, and the many ways queer life has been lived, recorded, and remembered. Inspired by Sir Zanele Muholi’s current exhibition at Galerie Ron Mandos, we’ll explore LGBTQIA+ history in Amsterdam and the Netherlands: whose stories are told, whose are still waiting to be heard, and why it matters that we keep them.

With:

Sir Zanele Muholi, artist and activist

Dr. Andrew DJ Shield, Assistant Professor and Migration & Diversity scholar

📅 Sunday 11 October, National Coming Out Day

🕐 1–2 PM

📍 Live here on Instagram: @galerieronmandos

This conversation is yours too. Send your questions and thoughts through the live chat and help shape the discussion as it unfolds. Free to join. No RSVP, nothing to prepare. Just tune in and bring your curiosity.'
